Everywhere I have stayed that uses knights hire items, they are stained, ripped and filthy. Very hard to miss when everything has knights tags on them! This has been consistent across many properties I've stayed at. Also, their drivers will wake you through the night as they smash and bang trolleys around. The company doesn't care for anybody it seems - I struggle to see why businesses are using them.
Your drivers consistently disturb our neighborhood in Bowen Hills, especially at night, disregarding residents’ need for sleep. Multiple complaints have been made by our apartment building. Immediate action is required to avoid further escalation, including involving authorities.
Guys don't believe them they are using people they are saying come work and people work for them for 3 days and they telling people don't come any more
Used to be one of the best in the industry, have now cut their supply area dramatically.nTook month to get an answer for delivery.nAfter leaving numerous requests for sales to get in contact.nHad we received a straight forward answer instead of salesman speech we may not have wasted month chasing them for service.
Half of the linen is unusable, stained and ripped.nnThere is zero customer service and we have been left to run a business with no linen many times. Or, left with piles of dirty linen they do not collect for weeks.nAn absolute nightmare.nnThe main issue with this company is its incompetent management, who do not care about their customers at all or listen to any feedback.nnI also would like to note that one of the only good reviews here have been left by said manager, which says it all!
