I have been having Scott do my servicing for about 12 years now, on various cars from older vehicles at the end of their life, to newer ones. He has always given me options about what the best way to go about fixing it is, from new or second hand parts, to if things need to be done straight away or a timeline of work required so I could budget for it. As a lady who knows very little about cars I have always felt comfortable with him, he has taken the time to explain or show me things and I’ve never ever felt that anything was being done that didn’t need to be. Currently I have a BMW, and I often will call the local BMW dealership for a quote on things, recently they quoted me $285 for a headlight globe, that Scott managed to source for $25. I trust Scott with my car, and know that he a is a genuine person.

Dropped the car I was selling into Scott at Ultimate Automotive Thomastown for a RWC last week. Very happy with the service. Scott was able to offer me options to do the RWC correctly the cheapest way and also complete it same day! Car sold now and all parties happy. I will be sure to book my new car in for a service with you Scott when its ready. Oh yes and thanks for the lovely latte" in your reception lounge while i waited!

Had such a bad experience with Ultimate Automotive this week! Scott gave me a quote minimum of $750 to get my car fixed so i’ll Be able to get a RWC. Went to get a second opinion, got the car fixed for $280 somewhere else instead of the $750 he quoted me for. But still had to go back to Scott to obtain the RWC because I went to him first. He decided to charged me $350 just for him to connect the car to his computer! NO WORK WAS DONE BY HIM WHATSOEVER. Complained to him it was too expensive, $350 just for him to check the car, he said to pay up or leave the car there. I had no choice but to pay. He is money hungry and a bitter man. I’m leaving this review to prevent anybody to experience what I did! Do your homework and do not go to him!

Highly recommend this place!! I've been here 2 times and always been happy about the service. The owner is a honest and very kind person, took my van for RWC, he did it in half day and very good price. Thank you!

Went for a RWC for my ford territory. This bloke is not a professional, he broke the handle for the boot and denied it. Had to fix it myself and definitely not going to him ever again. He is rude and seems dodgy, because he was asking to repair worth 2k and a repeat RWC showed my ford territory passed. This bloke deserves an absolute bad review for what I experienced.
