Covered area where they take returns. Super quick and easy. Good trailer parking situation as well as traffic flow. One of the best U-Haul locations I've been to. The ladies unhooking we're super professional, friendly, and gave quick and quality service. Would recommend picking up or dropping off at this location. Very impressed.

when I first walked in, I said good morning to Christine and she didn’t say anything back, which is so disrespectful, and she tried to do everything to not give me my trailer, even though I had a reservation proof and I showed it to her and this place is the worst and I would never come back to the same location because of Christine this is so childish smh

Very easy and pleasant to work with. Note: U-Haul phone tree and web app are extremely frustrating, I assume a lot of the negative reviews are because of how hard it can be to reach this or any U-Haul location on the phone but that’s not the fault of the local franchise.

Adam was so helpful and fun and made sure we got the right vehicle and right prices. Would definitely come back and rent again because the customer service is great.

Sydney was amazing this morning helping my father and I get the truck and trailer we needed to get to Cali! She also helped me return the 4×8 trailer I had rented, not even a problem it hadn't made it the whole way!! Then she came out and helped us get the trailer off the truck! She also caught us before we left and helped us set the axle chains we almost forgot! If your having a tough day and need some help with your moving or vehicle transportation you definitely wanna go see Sydney!! She's got a beautiful smile, ready to help get you set up with uhaul!!! 100% recommended

Disgusted by who they allow to work there, disrespectful and foul... 1 bad apple can spoil the whole bunch this location should be evaluated by corporate

First, got told to “park in the parking spots” by Christian… the apparent manager. I know this seems silly, but I had been told to pull up front for my hitch installation. So that was fun. Then I waited in line, for my 9:00 appointment, I was then told they tried to call me, but my voicemail was full. Turns out the part they told me was there and ready on Tuesday four days ago when we called actually “hadn’t been delivered by FedEx.” They got me reschedule for two weeks from now.  1 My voicemail wasn’t full. I’m a realtor and ALWAYS delete my voicemails for this exact reason. Plus, I get notifications when it is full, and I hadn’t received one.  Also… maybe try calling again?  2 They either lied on Tuesday or, more likely, installed my hitch on someone else’s car. This same thing happened to us four years ago when we tried to get a hitch installed on a different vehicle. We ended up going somewhere else then, and I should have done it this time too.  3 I quickly and easily scheduled with another location The one on S Virginia in S Reno for less than a week from now. I told the guy about my experience there, and how I don’t want to be told something is in stock if it isn’t.  THANKS CHRISTIAN’S TEAM! I’ll never use you again. Customers SHOULD pay attention to bad reviews.  I’d love a call back!

Very rude, guy at the front kept telling me to repark my car even though I was the only customer there, prices sucked too.

Terrible experience. Overcharged and not reimbursed. Rude staff at another location that was over 1 1/2 hours away where I had to pick up the trailer. Drove cross country and was notified with only hours to spare. Rude call center managers and kept being put on hold. I live out of state and customer service corners were cut as I was not a repeat customer. Glad that I will never have to use them again.

My Experience with this U-Haul location was fabulous. The team there was quick to help me and friendly on the phone. Christian went out of his way to accommodate and was very professional. I'll definitely do business with them again and will recommend this location to family and friends.
