Highly recommended. I bought a used Toyota Aqua and everyone was very helpful. As someone who bought his first car, this is appreciated. Kudos to Angela, Leng and Hunter.
Terrible after sales service. I got a Honda Fit from Turners in July 2022. The car was advertised with a reverse camera but there was none when I picked it up from Auckland. Some other issues which they promised they would fix, but I haven't got a date for the fixes for over 3 months. Raised an official complaint, there's no response to that too. Would never buy again.
Auctioned a car from them and it overheated in 5 minutes after I started it. Went to complain and waited 40 minutes to only get a response from the manager “it’s your fault to not check the car before you bought it”. Never going to any turners again.
Hunter was absolutely amazing! he has great customer service skills & is a great sales person. willing to go the extra mile to help a family. thank you for all the help Hunter, despite the issues we've encountered you've still gone the extra mile. thank you!!!
Was very disappointed with porirua turners! When I said I only had $5000 to spend I was dropped like hot rock! No help at all not like their tv advertisements
Great people, awesome price! Deals & helpful in what you are looking for. Above & beyond, will always get purchased vehicles. Excellent support as well advice. Turners , the place to go.
Discription was inacuracte , sold as “ready for work ” , but was not ready for work because it didn’t drive… nothing was mentioned about it until after I booked flights and ferry for pick up, Avoid this dealer…
Avoid this place at all costs, Its a roll of the dice whether you get a lemon or not. The vehicle they sold us wasn't roadworthy we found out after purchasing it, it also had multiple major faults with the engine. If your that unlucky person that also gets a lemon prepare to be ignored and lose alot of money out of your pocket even if the vehicle is returned with there 5 day returns policy... oh and that refund wont come fast...its lots of fun. You might like to email their feedback email address for an insight to what happened which you can... but never fear they wont disappoint and will also completely ignore you. Bunch of crooks....AVOID!!
Bad experience with service online, delay on response from one of their managers, then respond 5 days later with an attitude, long wait got be fine if he respond in a professional way, if theres a 0 star i would press it
Definitely recommend getting an inspection done on the cars they sell. Also be aware of the fees!!
