I bought my first car from them a few days ago, and I couldn’t be happier. The service from Ryan was so so good - he was honest, very kind and put my interests first. He definitely could have taken advantage of my lack of experience, but he was honest and patient nonetheless. My car was in such great condition, and I’m really happy with the 5-year warranty that they offer. When I picked it up, Ryan put a bow on it to make the moment extra special and took a lot of photos for me safe to say I’ll be coming here again.

I would like to thank the team at Mexted Motors in Tawa for their great service. I took my ASX for a service and WOF today and they were fabulous to deal with. Reasonably priced, and good customer service not pushy - didn’t try to upsell unnecessary filters/products to me like I’ve experienced from other dealerships in the past. I will happily use them every year for my car services now. Thank you!
Everything was great except the wait time. Had my car booked in for 10am for a wof to be done while i waited. Expected to wait maybe 45mins. After 35 I walked past and my car still hadn't been taken in. At 1120am I went to go and check, my car was sitting there all done. No text received, so notnsure how long it had been ready. Disappointed with the time it took when it was clearly marked that I was waiting.
Such a lovely and very patient owner of the service place. Today he went above and beyond and fixed my Tyre! I could not recommend him enough!!
