Have stayed here twice over two years. Very spacious units split over two to three levels. The unit we had was split over two levels with the main living area, kitchen, dining and toilet on the top level and downstairs were two bedrooms, laundry and the bathroom. 

Overall tidy but dust has built up on some of the higher ledges. 

It's a 5 minute walk to town which is very handy, although it is located at the top of a steep street!

The rooms are tidy and clean, with sufficient equipment for accommodation. The view is nice, and it is located near the centre of the city, with shops and convenient store just a few streets away.

This place deserves six stars! The owner at Turner heights were very helpful and does everything in his power to guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. View is great, most of Queenstown and the lake is visible. A generous amount of wifi is also provided.
