We booked the beautiful Views on Edinburgh house through Relax it’s Done and it was everything we could have hoped for. The house was beautiful and had the most wonderful view of Queenstown and the surrounding mountains. The spa was just magic after a day on the ski fields. The team made us feel right at home on our travels, thank you so much for having us. Can’t wait to stay again soon.
We booked the stunning Queenscliff property ahead of our wedding in Queenstown. We had all travelled from Sydney and wanted a venue to host a welcome event for our friends and family. Margaret and the team were a pleasure to work with, down to sourcing a caterer for our event. The property was stunning, with perfect views over Queenstown. Our guests were blown away and it was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend!
Castle Cliff is a very special property - the views are just breathtaking! We had the most amazing week staying here. Every detail has been thought of, right down to the kids books and toys! So well appointed and amazing service. Would highly recommend!
Another wonderful stay at Villa de Luxe on Belfast Tce. Terrific, well appointed, tidy, spacious 3 bedroom home - with breath taking views. Adjacent to the start of the Queenstown Hill Walkway for some brisk uphill exercise to walk off those Fergburger treats ; House was perfect for our week long winter skiing escape with teenagers. Stunning views from this luxurious property. This well-appointed home has every amenity for a luxury holiday including stylish decor throughout, spa pool, sauna, games room and bar. We highly recommend Castle Cliff.
I stayed at castle cliff and it was the best place I've stayed at in a long time. Very well thought out and honestly you don't need to leave. Everything you want is at your disposal, the best part was waking up and having a cuppa watching the sunlight hit the mountains and getting ready for an amazing day in a tranquil part of New Zealand. Highly suggest staying here at castle cliff.
We stayed for one week at Panorama on the Terrace Nov 2022. What a great place to stay in the heart of Queenstown. This place not only had a stunning view of the harbor but had one of the best Kitchen layouts we have ever experienced in a Home Rental. The attention to detail was noticeable Lots of pillows, Kleenex everywhere, towels, blankets, kitchen supplies. The response from Relax it's Done was quick and accurate whenever we sent emails with questions. I highly recommend this place to stay when you are in Queenstown. Bring your running shoes, the hills are steep in Queenstown!!
Highly recommended. Relax it's Done truly lives up to their name. They have a great selection of properties, booked us a perfect car at rates well below those available to the general public, put us in touch with concierge equipment rental services, and made great recommendations for local experiences. They checked in with us during the stay in case we needed anything and were readily available to answer any questions. Right down to the smallest details - they took care of everything. The chef's kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment, they popped in to restock the coffee pods and toilet paper, the sheets and towels were deluxe - everything worked and was of the highest standard. Truly a standout in the industry.
We recently stayed at The Views via Relax It’s Done and wow it really does have the most amazing beautiful views! The house also was amazing. We are a family of 5 and the setup was perfect, the kids had downstairs and we had the beautiful master upstairs waking up to the beauty of the lake each morning. We loved the family games on offer and played these every night around the cosy open gas fire. It has been our best stay yet in Queenstown Thankyou! Julian, Michelle and family.
We received a very warm welcome and check-in service from Abi and her colleague. The heaters were already turned on and the outdoor tub was all set-up ready to be used. Bel Lago has fantastic lake and mountain view from almost every window. We love spending time on the huge balcony and dipping in the hot tub. The sauna room is a nice surprise! We had a very enjoyable 3 nights stay!
