These guys genuinely know their stuff. We appointed them a couple of years ago and we have found them to be very professional and knowledgeable about all things regarding owners corporations. They have helped us through a very complex situation at our building which needed a lot of diplomacy and expertise. Our building is extremely glad to have chosen Turnbull Cook as our managers.

Worst company. Never responds to email. Constantly chasing up jobs. Worst service I have ever received. I don't normally write reviews, but this company is shocking bad.

Did you know how Turnbull Cook is regarded in terms of their skill in managing owners, their properties, and even tenants? Besides, would routinely not telling owners, tenants, and agents of important changes be satisfactory? Again, what about the owners corporation which should be fair, non discriminatory and reasonably predictable reminding committee group to meet their functions legally? Instead, form your own opinion of things.

Generally a positive experience dealing with Turnbull Cook. Love the portal - so easy to access the reports, particularly as a Committee Member. Our Manager is responsive and has an excellent understanding of our building and its issues. The advice we receive is invaluable.

Why would not recommend Turnbull Cook to a friend. Because expect for example: * Inconsiderate delay to act on owners' needs * Inferior understanding of building situation * Confusing constant change of Managers who were fired and/or resigned from TC * Astonishing no keen interest to advise Committee Members on best workable right way * Always ignore, never reply to you even though you pay their fees * Never be proactive or followup in running the affairs of the Owners Corporation and unless asked * Ridiculous huge repair/maintenance costs compared with other thoughtful external quotations and in quality * Limited professional knowledge on accurate or sensible practical requirements with no positive or any personalised effective intervention from other Managers and Director(s) * Surging atrocious management levies & issues with Owners Corporation rules * Always horrible lack of support in communications & limitations on contact after hours' with extra fees & charges payable * Disturbing increasing costs and fees with lack of maintenance and modern upgrading where much needed   ...that all bring the full market value, investment and beneficial enjoyment of the common areas down. No matter what the situation, it is never okay. The good news is there are truly better services around.
