Harassing phone calls and they do nothing when you complain!

I filled out an enquiry form with these people - yes  my wife and I are considering ditching private health insurance. Soon after I kept getting phone calls that I would answer but nobody was there! I checked my phone log - rang the number - it was Choosewell. Telemarketers don't get through to me my smart phone directs all "Private" callers to my voice mail but in this instance Choosewell publish there number so they got through to me.
 I've heard that some telemarketers use computer software that dials numbers and when someone answers they put it through to there telemarketing team. So if all the telemarketers are busy - no-one speaks to you - not even a computer! It's all about maximising sales with total disrespect to the unsuspecting customer.
When I realised what was going on I rang them - complained and requested they take me off their data base - they didn't - so the "Phantom" phone callers continued.
These people show no concern or respect to people who enquire with them. Their marketing tactics are  irresponsible and I believe they should be shut down until they stop computer dialling without a real person to handle the call for them.

I have had no dealings with these morons at all yet they they continually call daily, despite request to stop and being on the do not call register. Thank goodness for call blockers. Reported to ACMA hopefully they get fined and put out of business. Total JERKS

I didn't ask for a call, not sure why this company which comes up as 'scam or fraud' on my phone keeps calling me - 3 times a day. I have asked to be taken off the list and they keep calling and emailing. Consider yourself about to be reported Choosewell!

Had a good experience finding the right health insurance, the adviser went out of her way to help me find a more affordable cover.  Great service. Great savings!

Your assistance was fine but I have to say that it is a long time since I have had so much trouble changing a provider. My wife's premium was not paid, I kept getting random emails saying the cost was $04pm then $808pm  and online $185. Four phone calls to them and I hope it is fixed.
I am not holding my breath
