Super fast delivery. I ordered a Dixxon Flannel shirt, great fit.. If you want a more fitted look, try a size lower. I'm an XL and purchased a L and fits perfectly Cheers
Was keen on buying some vans but I'll spend my money elsewhere after a very rude woman behind the counter argued with the salesperson helping me. Also was abrupt when I asked to put them on hold. Feel very sorry for the young girl having to deal with her bad attitude maybe don't speak to people like that, she does need to learn her products, but not by being spoken down to.
Very bad!!! Placed an order and have not gotten any feedback or email it’s been 2 weeks now. I’m really disappointed they not picking up when I call. I do not recommend this place. If you have money to spend and not wanting anything in return this is the place. And ops sorry for my mistake! Yes I have called in and left miss calls saying my name and the things I have ordered. You have no right to yell at me I am the customer and you can how sugar coat this whole things. I got concerned on my order cos it’s money that you can’t give away. At lease keep your phone on and not on voicemail. Maybe things won’t be so messy. And yes this was the only way to get your attention cos I didn’t have any assistance on the order I have placed and it’s whereabouts!!! Thank you darling for your recent call back.
Wow!! Next level customer service in this store! Not only was I approached by a lovely staff member as soon as I walked in the door,I was left to browse this amazing store and helped with every question I had.the vibe of this place made me feel welcomed I could of spent all day in there. Great feel instore,amazing helpful staff,and they no there product.!!!! Don't be put off with what's happening in the cbd with road works ,parking across the street in library, Starbucks across the road. Such a great store!!! If your looking for docs, vans, or skate shoes come in and see them team!!
I ordered a pair of sunglasses online, in Hawke's Bay. I received the sunglasses within two days. I was blown away at the speed of the delivery. I will be ordering more from True Grit, 100%...I already have. I'm stoked to find this store. Keep up the good work.

We were visiting Invercargill from Christchurch on the weekend and came across this gorgeous little store. Lots of funky handbags, gorgeous shoes and clothes. The best part was the customer service!! The girl on the desk was amazing! Super friendly, and totally engaged with our conversation. We left to have lunch, then returned to purchase a gorgeous little purse. She welcomed us back warmly, then helped choose the perfect purse for my outfit for a wedding. Totally recommend this store!
Amazing service, I'm in the top of the North Island and they are at the bottom of the South Island and communication with them has been spot on. I ordered the wrong size they happily exchanged and recommended the size needed. Keeping me well informed the whole process. Thank you True Grit
Helpful and knowledgeable staff bought a pair of doctors martins, I'm wrapped with them. Great range of groovy gear. Highly recommended.
