Earlier in the week I went in to look at a couple of pairs of jeans which I had put aside. The young sales lady was helpful, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. Shop was well presented, tidy, clean and inviting. Returned in the weekend to try on my jeans which I made further changes and choices all of which was no problem for the same saleswoman and also her assistant whom were both pleasant and helpful. Managed to get a nice top at a special price also. Excellent store to shop in and buy goods. Great job team
Went in for a browse… left with jeans, two tops and a belt. Lovely young assistant who handed me over to the equally lovely manager when i was unsure of my choices. keep smiling ladies!

Went in to Invercargill store today and had the best service I've had in a long time, the lady was so helpful in getting me the perfect jeans I was after and so happy to help me!! 100% recommend going in there! Will definitely be going back!
We were in there on the 20 Feb , and to be honest we are from Christchurch and I was served by a young assistant and it was the best service I have ever received , for a very young girl she listened to my wishes and was brought in about 2 dozen jeans , she was helpful And patience and nothing was a problem , very impressed , I even brought 4 pairs of jeans that morning , credit to the young lady
Went in here as I wanted to purchase a top I'd been unable to get online. When I approached the salesperson I asked if it could be ordered from another store and was told, quite rudely, "no, I don't know how to do that, no I'm not doing that". Will not be shopping here again
Rude as staff. No greeting from either of them. Freezing shop no atmosphere to shop. My friend and I wanted to purchase jeans but were not going to spend any money here. Will not be returning
Have just purchased jeans from Esk Street store staff very helpful and would shop there again. Would recommend them.
The staff this afternoon was very helpful and patient offering different choices of fittings.
