The staff couldn't have been more helpful to find my partner the right pair of shoes. Sadly nothing in the right size. Shop was well laid out and plenty of stock.
Awesome service from young lady. I'm now a loyal macpac customer after my first purchase in this store.
We got our favorite shows and clothes here. There are too many things we like about the shop. The ladies smiled and greeted us warmly, and we felt welcomed. Theresa is so kind and friendly, and helped us with great patience. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this shop.
I was served by Josh. The product knowledge was surprisingly vast and I was directed to the best product for my needs, with no pressure to up-sell. My Kathmandu boots and NGX jacket had faults early on, and I am very happy to have learnt of Macpacs reputation for superior gear word of mouth, not from the store!. I'm really happy with the deal I got and the customer service could not have been better. Recommend and will shop here again.

Macpac is a very good brand I spend around $1,000.00 per year there, depending on what needs replacing. My last purchase was a Jacket for alpine conditions, I got it during a 40% off sale and it cost $199. That is reasonable when comparing to Kathmandu who were having a 30% off salethe same type of jacket would have cost $439.
Great service from you guys in Invercargill Macpac. Even though they didn't have the pack I needed, they rung through to other stores I was heading to to try to sort me out, despite losing a sale. You guys rock!
