I booked in for a eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash tint. The eyebrow tint was so uneven and even despite Holly asking if I liked my brows thick to which I responded yes she then waxed off far too much. The worst is that I have a large gap between my eyebrows. I went back in 10 minutes later on the verge of tears asking Holly to remove the tint and to explain how i was unhappy with both the tint and wax she then disregarded my complaints and explained why she waxed how much she did and that my eyebrows were too close together. No sincere apology was made nor was an offer to rectify the situation. I am not one to complain at all, this is my first time leaving a review for any place but if this stops any women from my fate then I’ll be happy.Service: Waxing
One of the best beauty courses, Laura is very thoroughly and dedicated to what she is teaching. Best workshop for all beauty practices. Thanks again for all the knowledge you have shared.
The best spa you will find. Personable staff, clean facilities and great services. Worth travelling 2 hours to get an appointment.Services: Eyebrow beautification
Had my brows tinted and waxed with Carol, and I absolutely love them!! She was very gentle, followed my shape perfectly and offered some advice with skin care I was asking about. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.Service: Waxing
Unprofessional and they use cheap products, do not recommend. Not C-19 secure all beauty therapists had masks hanging under their noses. The girl who did my manicure cut my fingers in multiple places which caused bleeding and the gel polish flaked off due to inferior quality as well as bad application of product.
Went today to get brows/lashes tinted and waxed with Holly. What a legend she is, does a great job professional and makes you feel super comfortable. Thanks
Absolutley fabulous. The place was clean calm and beautifully presented. The product used were awesome and the beauty therapist I saw, Mera, was wonderful. She really knew what she was doing and exactly what I needed massage wise. She was friendly, easy going, capable and just did a fantastic job overall.
