What a joke!!! Booked an appointment online as I live 70kms away for 9.05am on Saturday morning, received a confirmation email. Arrived with 2 small children in tow, place was closed. I waited around for 20minutes incase they were late and called the number 5 times to get answering service say that their hours on saturdays were 9-5. No follow up phone call to ask where I was or to apologise. Next time I’ll just head straight to the Swan Hill Medical Group!!
Called to book an appointment. Told they don't have any Doctors there and couldn't give me one. Strange place haha.
Send people who need to see doctors away for smaller health issues without even a first glance. Not very thorough. Waiting hours for doctor even when you are on time. Worst place to go.
The reception girl I spoke to was very rude & offered no help at all.I explained what my health problem was & that I needed it treated by a Dr a.s.a.p.I wasn't offered an appointment for any day after.I went to the Amcal Pharmacy & spoke to the Pharmacist & she said go to the Swan Hill Medical Group I went there & was attended to straight away & saw a Dr who gave me a script.So don't go to Tristar if you are a visitor as they don't want anything to do with you.
Good caring doctors that always give you time. Very thorough.
The doctor I got was very curt and alittle rude but they helped me in the end
Tells me there is only one doctor. Well maybe tristar should hire more doctors how pathetic.
Drs and receptionist, nurse and pathology in the same place also telehealth is available.
Not recomended at all. If someone in pain they literally tell to go somewhere.
Brilliant and very thorough would recommend these Drs
