THIS HOSPITAL IS A JOKE!! I would not put anyone lives in the hands of this hospital! I have been here for a week in massive amount of pain. I been asked to be sent to a different hospital as they have not got to the bottom of the pain! I was refused transfer and told I’d be looked after here. 3 days go on they are discharging me still in massive amount of pain! Rolling in pain! They said they give me a script, they brought it up to me and the script is for inflammation not even for pain management!!! My doctor is away for the week as I’m from a small country town and what am I ment to do go home and deal with pain on my own with no management help! Doctors nurses and surgical team have not listened to a single thing I have said and I tell you I’ll never let these people touch my health ever again and I hope either people can stay away to especially if children are involved!’
My pregnancy journey was successful only because midwifery team in SHDH has been wonderful.nHeartfelt thanks to Dr Max, Dr Nick, Dr Hannu, Dr Grant, Dr Elahi, Dr Hosni and other doctors involved in my Emergency C/S.nSpecial thanks to Leonie NUM and midwife team, especially Midwife Nicole, Grace and Tania.nMany thanks to Lisa, catering and cleaning staff as well.nI must say midwifery team in SHDH with doctors is an amazing team.nFurther, I am taking all the positive vibes from here.nThanks heaps.
My mother was taken to the Swan Hill hospital from Balranald by ambulance last night. Both my sister and I are her contacts. At 10pm last night they told her she could go home and released her. She had no way of getting home and as family we were not notified. She is 85 years old, she has had a stroke. She had to find a motel to stay in. One of us would have gone and picked her up if they had contacted us.nThere is no care factor anymore. Just a number. Why weren't we contacted to make arrangements?
A massive thank you to Hellen and Trish for you empathy and care when l recently attended emergency. While i was in need you showed me respect and compassion. I felt safe and cared for THANK YOU BOTH
What a great country hospital. Staff were all so caring and patient with my friend, whom had broken her foot. Attended to all her needs asap. All so professional and caring, especially Tom the physiotherapist. Thank you ALL for your hard and caring work.
