Had a phone appointment with a doctor, app was 2 hrs late. And only to be told by the doctor they can't help me as they havnt seen me before, I have been a long time patient of tristar, never told when my doctor leaves and always passed around. Terrible service!!!
Went in to discuss lingering long covid symptoms. Was told my fatigue could just be "female emotions" and that I should stop taking vitamins because "God made my body to manage itself. " Do not go here.
It takes hours and hours of listening to a recorded voice just to make an appointment.
People have to understand it’s not the receptionists fault if your appointment is late. It’s the person before you, and before that etc who go over their allotted time for their appointment. I called yesterday and got an appointment for today. Got another one exactly when I asked for it. You people complaining about not being able to get an on the day appointment, try living in a country town where you won’t get an appointment anywhere for a month plus! I was shocked when the receptionist told me they could get me in the next day. Everyone at the clinic that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The dr I saw knew what she was talking about and made me feel comfortable while also getting down to the issue at hand quickly. Thank you Tristar for such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be keeping my appointments here!

appointments are never on time, and i waste a lot of my time coming in on time. the least they could do is be on time as well. if your patient load is out of control don't make other patients who have had their appointment made in advance suffer. as i write this i have been in the waiting room nearing an hour, and the place is empty. my appointment was at 2:15 and it's 2:45 now, and i came in 15 minutes early just in case it was convenient for them. i didn't mind waiting until my appointment time, or even 15 minutes past that, but over half an hour past my scheduled time is ridiculous.
Never dealing with Dr. Kazi Haque again. I currently have a foot injury which makes me unable to walk on my foot and I went to see him in person on Monday. He sent me to get an X-Ray which came back with no fracture or break but I’m still unable to walk on my foot so I asked what to do now. I’ve been told I either need to go to a specialist which can take months if I don’t have private health insurance, or I need to get an MRI which will cost me $450. When I asked what I can to do walk in the meantime he told me he isn’t a magician and he can’t just fix it and asked why I didn’t come in to the clinic to get it looked at, when I did come in to the clinic on Monday and he himself checked it out. I felt like I was being treated like a child and there was no empathy at all. Never dealing with him again.
This surgery advertises that they are taking on new patients, but don't have appointments for existing patients when you call. Only once in 5 years have I been able to get an appointment on the day I called. Too bad if you need medical help that day, but what you have does not warrant wasting the hospitals time.
Sadly I am yet to come in contact with a receptionist here with a pleasant attitude. I understand that choose to apply for a job as a medical receptionist in a Doctors office but no wonder why so many people waiting get frustrated as the first point of contact when waiting for a scheduled appointment for over an hour. There is no need to be unpleasant at all and if you get to that point in your job then move on and find something else to do with your life. I called here out of desperation as my young son is unwell and was advised there are no appointments until next week? Seriously? Why are there not more doctors? I asked why is the service so bad, her response was....actually it's a good service as it's free.... It's not free.....medical services are not free.....medicare is not free, a lot of our taxes go on healthcare! Oh my apologies yes it's a fantastic service! Do not bother going to Tristar Sebastopol.
Pathetic. Waiting over half an hour past the appointment time because the Quacks are in a meeting. Not one patient has been seen in at least half an hour. They do this on a regular basis. Last time the excuse was that the computers had broken down. Just waited a total of fifty minutes but had to leave for an appointment with a specialist at another clinic. In the fifty minutes we were there not one patient was seen to.
