It is the closest one to home and it is legit the worst. The last 3 times I've had issues. The first was I ordered a 5 Star Box. Unfortunately I can't eat wicked wings so replaced it was an original piece, the piece they gave me was basically a bone the size of my thumb that was coated. The second time i asked if it could have a nice piece of original piece as my last was disappointing and again,5 star box with not one but 2 very disappointing pieces. Today i went and usually i have a wait in the drive thru everytime, i find this kfc to be just very slow, but today i was stuck in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Talk about 'fast food'. Not one server apologised for the wait either. Now issues like this wouldn't be too much of an issue if the prices weren't so expensive and as a pregnant lady i have cravings for the 11 herbs and spices now and then. Sebastopol kfc is just terrible. Staff need to be more efficient with their work and work faster on their feet. As a person who has worked in hospitality for 12 years ive had my fair share of customers arching up over wait times, i understand stress and being understaffed and busy times, believe me i do, but if you work in the industry need to have that fast pace efficiency... sebastopol KFC does not have that.

 Maybe red rooster will be better.

Place was not crowded and parking was available. Area was kept clean and staff found helpful.
