Hired a car on the Gold Coast through Hertz and the immobilizer failed when the keys were in the ignition and car was running and locked us out of the vehicle. Hertz is now refusing to cover the costs for roadside assistance.

The girls were great! Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Truck was fantastic and so was the equipment all at a great price. Made our move the easiest so far!

Always a friendly face when you walk in, they are meticulous about their vehicles and look after the customer well. We use these guys every time we need a van.

these muppets asked me for a CC that they claimed would only be used in case of an emergency only and that i would be receiving an invoice via email to pay seemed like everything was in order till they just charged my CC silly wallies send an email with my invoice on it no fkn good to me now that my CC is overdrawn cant say ill be going back to this terrible service.
