Rudest staff I have ever come across! Abrupt, never a smile, rude. These receptionists wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for sick people and on top of that we need a bit of empathy as the drs surgery is the last place I would want to be! If you don’t like your job, give it to someone that’ll appreciate it and not just the paycheque at the end of the week!! Oh and if I could rate a 0 that’s what I would rate! Prior to getting there I waited on the ph for 40 mins. This practice needs a complete overhaul. I’ll never go back again. I live in qld and I’ve never seen such a rude bunch, including the impatient dr I saw.
Reception staff are mostly nice and polite but the Doctors are always in a rush and don't actually listen very well and just assume what the problem is . They diagnose half the time without testing to see if something is really the cause of sickness or injury. Also I think the Doctors may have to many patients as most of the time i cant get an appointment for 3 weeks as there is no slots and leaves me to go to emergency and wait there for hours and hours for something they said my dr could of fixed...
If I could give zero, I would. I booked a telehealth appointment for 4.30, waited and waited, but we never got the call. When we called back at 5.30 to check why, we were put on hold for 30 minutes, then they closed. We haven't heard anything from them whatsoever. They clearly don't actually care about their patients. Absolute waste of time. Don't even bother when there are so many better practices around now.
Used to be a good clinic where you could walk in and see somebody within 30 minutes with no appointment. Now even with an appointment you're lucky to get in that quick. They're so overrun and booked out that you can't get an appointment for weeks and when you do finally see a doctor they have very little interest in dealing with you at all. I have had clear instructions sent to the clinic from my treating specialist and I still have to argue over those basic needs at most appointments, and have often been told to go back to the specialist for basic management needs such as scripts a 6-9 month wait. Seems like at least a couple of the GPs there are straight up sociopaths who are only in it for the paycheck.
When calling them to book the appointment for the next day, i was told that it was impossible to make it and advised me to call in the next morning. It took me 30 minutes In the next morning for waiting the line and finally was informed that no more slot. I think this clinic might have too many clients so they do not need any more client as well as improving their customer services.
Called right on 10pm waited and waited to make a appointment was cut off twice. 20 mins 1st call 2nd 25 mins very poor service. I guess when the doctor is booked out on the weekend you just hang up. Ended up by driving there just to make another appointment with another GP thanks
At Ontario tristar I booked a appointment through Frances and when I got there I was told I was not booked in . I called and cancelled a appointment through Cathy and rescheduled with another dr . She did not cancelled the appointment and she did not mark me as having attended for the rescheduled appointment . So due to her mistakes I am being charged two fees for not showing up . These girls need to wake up and do there job properly or find one which is not so difficult for them .
Very friendly staff and they always try their best to get you an appointment. Not sure why the stars are so low because I've only ever had great doctors there.
Would give 0 stars if I could. One of the rudest Drs I've ever met, refused to listen to anything I said and kept raising her voice over the top of me. The reception girl who didn't want to help with anything, rolled her eyes at us and gave us nothing but filthy attitude as if we were disturbing her from something. I would never ever go here again! Supposed to be "family" Drs.... if you were starting a family like I am DO NOT go here for anything to do with pregnancies!
Absolutely useless this clinic overbooked and understaffed. When you do finally find a good doctor there they leave. Pathetic.
