Makes me physically sick. Just showed my mask exemption letter to TWO reception staff and was actually told asthma wasn't a reason for exemption for a start some education may help as it is, there were also several other reasons sighted which I don't have to disclose to the ENTIRE waiting room. Still apparently "my tone" is the problem. Not the fact you aren't educated in the fact I don't HAVE to show a letter and when I do give you the courtesy of showing it, you argue and disclose my personal medical information to the entire waiting room. Extremely unprofessional
Horrible horrible reception staff. Nicole was rude and did not listen to anything that was said. 0 star!
The centre is full of locums. Pity they ran good specialists out of town. Now we have rubbish.
