Unprofessional and very disrespectful!, Power hungry!, Talked to me and my Son like we were rubbish on the phone and face to face!. Its all about the money for these guys and not the patients needs!. The woman with the blond hair,The old woman Rae with the tattoos all over her arms ,The skinny woman with the glasses and the curly style brown hair are 100% out of control , as they all are!.
Cannot speak highly enough for these guys. Have been here a few times now for some issues, and have always had a positive experience. Have had to go in twice for heart issues and they have always been professional, prompt and excelled in their service! A credit to the community and the health industry!
I feel that i have a kind heart and always treat people with respect!. I owe the respect that i have for others , one to my own personality , and two due to being raised by my Dad , a good man who raised me well!., Our Family are all good decent people and we pride ourself on that fact!., My Dad recieved a phone call from one of the rude , mean and pushy Receptionists when he was half asleep and very sick 'and was trying to think of information to give them!, 'trying to think and explain the situation! ' but they just keeped cutting him off and pushing him for answers at a time when 'as i said he was not well and had not woken up properly!, So a little understanding and patience would have went a long way at that point!, But , instead they just treated my Dad bad!, 'And i know this because i was standing right next to my Dad listening to them talk down to him!, 'And we know that we are not the only patients that they treat bad!, Anyway , when we just recently went to he's last appointment they went right out of their way to start a fight with him and make him look as bad as they could!., Using the excuse of me not having a mask on!, 'But they did not ask me if i had a exemption!, We are good people and my Dad did not deserve how they treated him and like i said 'i am sure other patients aswell!., It was like they were all reading from some script on how to disrespect and manipulate the situation!, One of the women Rae told me that she felt sorry for me having a Father like mine!, 'Yet my Father has done such an amazing job at raising me and is such a nice guy!., My Father has now missed out on seeing the Doctor and he's health is at risk due to the childish trouble making personalities of these petty Receptionists!. You women were all so manipulating and aggressive that it scared me!. Its so bad when the Doctors of a Health clinic care more about protecting the bad apples that they have working for them instead of protecting there own patients from those very same bad apples!., Such mean manipulating people!., You guys are not Gods you can not speak to people like you do!., I am only young 'but i know bad people when i see it 'and you Receptionists are simply mean and unprofessional!. You should ALL be fired from your jobs!., And i believe the good reviews on here are either from you or people you know!, 'Thats why any good reviews you have dont have many likes 'but all the bad reviews do!. Speak to people better!. :
The receptionists enjoy harassing innocent people!. They are rude arrogant & are all on a huge power trip!. My Daughter & i went to my appointment,which i needed to keep because i have chest pain 'and plus i needed answers because i am having side effects from the Meds that i am on at the moment!, And i will now spend Christmas without them answers!, 'Which IS putting my health at risk!. The Receptionists made us leave the building over my Daughter not wearing a mask 'BUT they did not ask me or my Daughter at any time if she had a mask exemption!, They just assumed that she did not have one!, The Receptionists then become even more rude , disrespectful, & Manipulating '& went right out of their way to escalate the situation in every way!, Even a lovely lady sitting in the waiting room at the time was on our side & agreeing with everything that i was trying to say & ask & stated that i had done nothing wrong 'that i was totally within my rights & was being more than respectful!., BUT, like my Daughter said' that it was like they were reading off a script on how to manipulate a situation to make the Patient look as bad as they could to justify their own unprofessional attitudes!., I managed to deescalate the situation 'but more than 35 Minutes later the old woman with the Tattoos RAE 'called head office in Melbourne for an 18 year old peaceful girl not wearing a mask!., 'Two Security Guards were called on us!' 'For two peaceful people like us 'who were not doing anything wrong!, The Security Guards were very professional!, The Security Guards could see the situation for what it was '& could see how the Receptionist RAE was walking out of the Cardiology building onto a Public sidewalk to Harass and escalate the situation!, 'CLEARLY enjoying the trouble that they were making!., At that point one of the Receptionists told my Teenage Daughter that she feels sorry for her having a father like me!, 'Now my Daughter who is a very soft , quiet , peaceful , and very respectful young lady then showed the Receptionist that i was not a bad Father atall 'by verbally and without any threats of any kind defended my name as the good Father that i am & have always been!, And what this Receptionist RAE said to my Daughter was slander!., The Receptionists also called The Police & wasted their time!, They were very Rude , Arrogant & one even tryed to intimidate me!, But , i am an educated man with an amazing Solicitor & i do not get intimidated!., I am just hoping that the Police did not illegally obtain my personal information from the receptionists as that would be a violation of my Human Rights 'as a law abiding member of the community who did not & does not break the Law!, If they did 'then the Police , the Cadiologists , and receptionists would all then be then breaking the Law & could all be held accountable!. Everyone was legally recorded that day on a public sidewalk to be keeped and used for future reference!. And will also be uploaded legally to ALL Social Media!, Shame on you all!.
The Receptionists are far from nice. Not very kind atall., They pick fights with people by being aggressive and pushy to patients to the point it makes people feel uncomfortable ,and if the patient stands up for themselves in any way then they make an issue of it!., Why would the Cardiologists have unprofessional woman like this working there!?., Do they not care about how the locals feel!?,The very people who are paying them for health services!., Do they not care about the reputation of the business?. If thats the case then they do not deserve patients atall!. There is a blond woman there who's attitude is just disgraceful with how she speaks to people,and also a woman called Rae who is just as bad!. And the rest are no better to be honest!. The way they push these usless Masks is a joke!, With all the truth ,evidence and information that has come out proving that the whole thing was nomore than a tool for control and this private yet Govt puppet business is still trying to push the agenda and force the rubbish on healthy educated people who know better!.
I have been a patient of Mildura Cardiology for a number of years. The reception staff there are always friendly and helpful. The doctors who work there are amazing and compassionate. I know I'm in good, safe hands there and if I have any urgent needs or questions outside of my scheduled appointment times they are only too willing to help out over the phone or in person. I highly recommend this service and can't thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do for me.
The cardiologists at Mildura Cardiology seem to do a rushed but adequate job. The reception staff are different. Seems their primary role is to hassle patients to pay the exorbitant accounts at their appointment time. I was threatened by a staff member a woman over an overdue account with her saying, we don't want to call the debt collectors do we? This rude woman is speaking to a 65 year old man with a heart condition! You would think if someone had an appointment 12 months later they would send you a letter or reminder, not Mildura Cardiology, not even a txt. I was waiting for an appointment once and the place was full of older people than myself and all I could hear was account, account, pay now. Money, MONEY MONEY. This place is atrocious and a stain on the medical profession and Mildura.
