Story

A fixture of Surry Hills, our heritage-listed building at the junction of Devonshire and Crown St has welcomed patrons since 1882. In a landscape of ever-changing trends, at Trinity Bar we concentrate on the fundamentals of good hospitality- offering appealing spaces and creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Our traditionally appointed pub has an Irish influence with a nod to renowned Dublin institution, Trinity College. Our extensive draught options focus on craft and emerging beers and ciders. And our popular kitchen offers consistently excellent and affordable contemporary Australian pub fare.

The front bar has quite a distinctive comfortable pub aesthetic. The selection of beer is quite good. Food is above average. Competent and friendly staff.

Great spot. Delicious cocktails! 3 different types of espresso martini and they’re all 10/10!

Good food. Great staff! Friendly and very attentive.

New menu is great. Tuna Tacos and Truffle Mushroom aranchini balls are top. Great service and a nice spot.

Had the Ceviche here for lunch Friday 5th March and was diagnosed with Scombroid fish poisoning most probably because they did not keep the meat refrigerated at the right temperature.

Amazing bar and pub. Fantastic decor and vibe upstairs at Tilly May’s and the staff are great the twin ladies are so friendly and make the best cocktails!!!

Service is pretty fast... Sunday roast was so good and quite generous.  Cute venue also
