I used to love going to tree of life but the past two times I went I had a horrible experience. The girl serving was quite rude, I had previously returned something on the weekend and then a few days later I had another return and she said I can’t be doing this anymore? I’m confused as why I can’t return things that are unworn only a few days after I bought it? I used to shop at tree regularly and I just misjudged the size of the item I see no reason for her to be rude about it. Won’t be going back any time soon…
Lovely clothes but can be a bit expensive but they do currently have very good sales happening at the moment. I bought a lovely full length cotton skirt on sale for $39. I was happy with that purchase. Nice store and nice sales staff
Love the staff here, I used to work in Castle Towers last year and the staff would always greet me exactly the same, before they recognized me as a regular visitor, so friendly and welcoming and willing to chat about anything and everything as well as the products! They all truly embrace the atmosphere and style of the shop which gives them the confidence to communicate the designs to different customers.
