Anoush from Travelize was brilliant. from the initial phone call he was super professional, friendly, honest and was so efficient with getting our booking to the best value and best route for 5 passengers. Even after payment was made, any queries we had he was on it very quickly and very responsive. highly recommended for any travel. Also he went out of his way to book internal domestic flights with Turkish airways for us to help with connecting flights and gave us so much advise. very helpful
Anoush made sure that everything with our flights including changes, forms to be completed for our Daughter to travel alone was 100% and no issues. He is a great communicator and I think this is the key reason I will not deal with anyone else moving forward. Not one to name and shame some other agents but by far the best experience we have had after some horror stories from others. Thanks for everything keep up the great customer service my friend
My last 4 trips overseas have been booked by Travelize. The travel agent’s service was very prompt and professional. The flight itinerary was without long wait, transfer was smooth. Anoush took care not only of long haul flights but travel insurance as well. I highly recommend this travel agent. He will make your trip a breeze.
I have been a client of Travelize for many years now and found Anoush to be an extremely patient, knowledgeable and personable person to correspond with. And I always know that no question is too difficult for him to answer. I also feel safer travelling overseas when I book through Travelize versus online because if anything goes wrong I have a person I know to sort my issues. I have sent my detailed travel inquiry to Anoush at Travelize. He came back to me in 2 days with the questions that showed me his incompetence and lack of knowledge in traveling through Spain, Portugal and Morocco. For instance, I told him that I want air tickets business class for a 60 years old and he asked me if I want a tour with hostel accommodation for the youth. He had no idea of the existence of river cruising in Spain and Portugal etc. I would not trouble myself to call him back.
