Terrible would not recommend. They state they charge no fees but in the end you are out of pocket. The rate is not fixed and they can use whatever rate they choose depending on who serves you. I unwittingly converted Australian dollars into Singapore dollars without first checking exchange rates. Exchange rate I received was 0.89sng to $1 Aud when on later checking everyone else was almost dollar for dollar. If you ever use this agent at southlands negotiate your rate. The next day I received .98 c to the dollar because the girl that served me was obviously more professional than the first and she was still making commission. Really disgusted by this service. You expect to get ripped off overseas but it in your local community!!! I am out of pocket by $140 just by using this agent. So BEWARE. I will be taking this further. Even the TRavelex agent at the airport offered better rates.
