If only Google gives location of toilets like they do to ATMs.
I phoned and was told to go in store due to losing my phone. I went in store just to be told I have to wait for a new password in the post and it will be fine. The post finally came. I went through the given instructions and it asked me for my SMS code. I was guaranteed by not one but 2 staff I would be able to change my password if I wait on the post. Absolute waste of time. I was going to swap to Commonwealth but knowing they own Bankwest I will no longer have any association. Terrible service.

Very slow service. Staff would rather chat then to help customers. A couple of people just walked off.
All of the staff at this branch go above and beyond. Hands down the best branch I have delt with. The best customer service !! Well done to all the staff at the Willetton Branch xx
