This review is for phone customer service.  I am on hold right now and so far I have listened to the boring jingle and a man telling me how I am important to them and that I have progressed in the queue for 32 minutes.  This is just not good enough.  I cannot tell how many people are on the other end taking these calls but it is CLEARLY not enough.  You do not value your customers when you do not answer you customers calls in a timely manner.  If you cant then open some more branches so that we can get to one.  Very disappointed customer.

The bank manger their is hopeless!!!! A home loan has taken longer than 6 months and is still not complete. Requesting paperwork 3 or 4 times saying that they are not current cos it wasnt followed up straight away. Shes absolutely clueless. And the bank is taking no responsibility for the incompetence. I'd never send anyone to that branch!

Rubbish customer service and understanding takes ages to recieve correspondence ,definitely moving my business somewhere else
