Been to and fro with mitsubishi for months with a mechanical issue. These guys found the problem and a new transmission was installed all within 3 days. Absolutely fantastic team, and I have nothing but praise for them.
I called to book my triton in for the 1500 check up. I didn't buy my ute there. The person on the phone asked for the rego. Then she said. You didn't buy the car here did you. I said no. There was a pause like it was a big deal. And said come in Friday at 3 o'clock. When I got there they said you are too late for a car wash. And of course the canteen was shut. I felt like a second class citizen. Didn't feel welcome at all.
Friendly service, nice Cafe, handy free bus service. Expensive.
We drove 2 hours after hours to purchase a ute through Vas Demetrios from Gippsland Motor Group. Very disappointing sale. He did not disclose with us known defects in the car. Which became apparent as soon as we drove away. These were a blown speaker the bass had been turned all the way down when we test drove, so we didn't notice it at the time and a faulty rear view camera, where the light for the camera comes on constantly whilst driving and is noticeable and highly distracting/dangerous during night driving therefore not picked up also during the test drive. When we contacted Vas about these issues, he was not helpful at all and said he will not cover for any of these issues to be fixed. Untrustworthy and dishonest.
Got Terrible service from the start asked to view a car told it was available only to be told when I got there that they had sold the car. Steve knew we was on our way and still sold the car. That in my mind is just rude and not good manners. We had travelled over 40 minutes just to be told we were too late. On principle I won’t be spending any money here. I expect more from these people but I guess respect and honesty is not available either.
Great experience with Aaron and Brad, the dealership is a very nice place with a great cafe! The team at Traralgon Mitsubishi were very accommodating and delivered on all of their promises - you can't ask for more than that!
Professionalism, customer service and reliability. Vas was outstanding to deal with from go to wo. Cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic experience we had. Highly recommended and would definitely deal with these guys again
For the past 25yrs I have been dealing with these guys..Having purchased my last 4 cars - all Mitsubishis of course. Had car serviced yesterday.. waited while they did it..Great cafeteria and facilities.. I had an appt at the hospital at 1. They offered me a car to drive myself there as it was found my brakes needed attention, and was going to take longer.. my choice to get them done while the car was there opposed to going back another day. Staff are always friendly and very accommodating..Look forward to upgrading to my next vehicle which will see me through retirement..An Eclipse Cross perhaps Highly recommend them.
