When we had discovered our car was overheating very quickly and still had a long drive back to Melbourne, we were so delighted with the service we received at Traralgon 4WD Centre!

It was nearing 5pm and Andrew was so fantastic! He came out, looked at the engine, quickly discovered the problem and was happy to replace 1 fan belt + 2 other engine belts on-the-spot for us hassle free! What we appreciated the most, was that he was so happy to help us, even though his workshop would be closing for the day soon. He did the work within the period of time he said it would be fixed in (about 40 min) and he charged next-to-nothing for this also! He also noticed a minor issue with the snorkel on the car & fixed this for no charge (something he really did not have to do, but did anyway!) Oh, and cannot forget to mention his witty sense of humour too for what could have potentially been a big dilemma for us!

Thanks so much to Andrew for all your help, for the mechanic who did the repairs and for Bronwyn's helpful service! This place has a great team of fun, genuine, hardworking and honest individuals! Will always recommend you to others! Wonderful Service all round!!!!
