Great people to deal with, the old bloke there really knows his products well, we went there on a saturday and the installer  Daniel sold us the heater, he knows a lot about wood heaters and the industry, he did an amazing job fitting it in our house, very professional with the job and a good turn around time aswell.  Highly recommended, A+++

I went in to try and find some replacement glass and seals for my wood fired heater. After discussing what I needed, I soon left with all my questions answered and all the products I needed for the job.  Very happy customer!

Friendliest and warm staff with the best variety of heating in town.

Very friendly manager. Not pushy at all. Knew his products and gave us good comparisons.  Will be going back to purchase gas log fire soon.

Great service .The guys who installed the heater showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, explained the process as they went. Ran into a couple of problems as the chimney was problematic but sorted it. Custom making a surround as the fireplace was a different size to the expected - their mistake but sorted it professionally . Definitely recommend them.

We were ready to buy a new fireplace from Gippsland fireplaces because he had helped us wonderfully in the past and instead of spending several thousands of dollars on a new fireplace advised just to replace the flue. Great honesty.
