Wanted a quote - initial discussion over the phone I was going to employ them to do a bit of work. But a few circumstances changed and so owner changed pricing from original phone - which I wrote down figures quoted. How could an install jump $800 in a matter of days?? Other companies have since quoted the original price he quoted - is this rip of single mum???? Also extremely rude and nasty when I had called to see where quote was at - "saying I had emailed, texted and rang him non stop" 1 email in response to his quote, 3 text messages and 6 calls over the time frame of 1 1/2weeks. Great customer service. Not. Would've had a loyal customer until nasty call. Response: The scope of job didn't change enough to increase price by $800 - as per calculations in response to your amended quote. You couldn't even provide a proper breakdown - I had to manually work it all out- I've never seen a quite like it. How can you say install is approx $800 sparky included and then charge more when I'm using my own sparky???? I know the pump was added but did it jump 200% in cost??? Say whatever- you were on speaker for a few of those conversations and others weren't impressed.
