The only thing that having its correct designated taste in this restaurant is tap water. I wouldn’t event bother to call PHO for the beef noodle dish they’re offering here as they have absolutely no clue of what the original taste is, let alone how to cook it. A middle-aged woman claiming the wife of the Vietnamese owner doing and she has absolutely no idea of what a proper Vietnamese restaurant should be like. I guess they own the shop outright without having pay for the rent. That’s why the restaurant still can survive
A great little restaurant and will be back to visit. Food was delicious, large portions and cheap. Staff were really friendly and service was great. Comments about outdated decor are true but the food definitely makes up for it!
The staff and owner are very friendly and nice. Food looks so yummy and nice, so we perhaps ordered too many dishes for two, the owner send the waitress to let us know that this maybe too many for 2 persons. I find that's very sincere service attitude as many restaurants will not care as they get more money. Pho is a real typical Vietnamese Pho, I didn't find it too blend at all. I read the review from others who said it's too plain or blend, let me explain like this, some of Asian noodles, they cook and serve it blend but still tasty from the broth. Normal Pho will be served with lemon and Chili see photo so you can add the flavour from the extra ingredients you received. Hope this make sense. Oh, the friendly waitress recommend the pork rib dish on another photo, it was so tasty and we have eaten nearly half of it before I remember Ed to take photo . Will surely go back when we go pass that way.
Lovely Vietnamese restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the pricing was very good value
Food is ok. If you don’t like spicy meals then make sure you don’t order anything with a hint of spice.
Vegetarian fried rice and the vegetarian satay were delicious! Very well price - only $9 for the fried rice. The laksa was only ok, not creamy enough and needed think noodles instead of vermicelli noodles.
Yummy food, affordable prices and a nice little hidden gem.
Hands down our most favourite Vietnamese restaurant! The most delicious dishes, paired with the most friendly, efficient service combine to create the most amazing experience, whether you decide to dine in or order takeaway! This place has quickly become a weekly go to for us and will continue to be in future as well!
Surprisingly delicious, we ordered the beef special on hot plate hand written and Vietnamese skewers grilled pork special on left of the page. Wish I took photos but we were fairly hungry. Well done.
Great little authentic spot, really cheap and accomodating. Have some beers on offer and maybe other drinks but we BYO wine as didn't know. Small space and older traditional Asian restaurant decor bit worth it for the food. Had roll your own rice paper roll platter and curry puffs... Both good selections.
