We came for dessert. The service was excellent and a staff member kindly made me a strawberry dipped in dark chocolate. I ordered dark chocolate gelato and mango strawberry. Others ordered churros for one and an iced chocolate, and a toastie not dessert.
Came in today because I am an event florist and we have a job around the corner and everyone talks about San churro Wollongong And honestly I walked in and I was greeted with smiles as a foodie and being in the Industry for so long that makes anybodys experience so much better I highly recommend san churro Wollongong a must go 10/10 Service 10/10 customer service 10/10 Quality of food
Churros was beautiful, coffee wasn't nice and majority of the tables 98% had cups and plates on them, I had to remove myself. Table was still dirty though with spills from previous customers. Majority of staff were nice 2 out of 3.
My partner and I were craving some San Churro after an Oktoberfest celebration last night so we popped in while dressed in our lederhosen and dirndl. The LOVELY staff surprised us with some PRETZEL SHAPED CHURROS!! . The staff here are so friendly, creative and talented! Maybe pretzel churros could become a special occasion menu item around Oktoberfest?
I have been here three times and I have been impressed every time. I knew this shop by chance from the walk pass. From the outside, it looks warm and friendly, the inside is very classy, ​​the environment inside the shop is also nice, the staffs are friendly. As a chocolate and sweets lover, I can feel real chocolate in both drinks and desserts. There are many types of chocolate. We could choose the chocolate dip for the churros, the taste was a little too sweet for me, but I thought it was just right for most people. Highly recommended!
Great atmosphere outside between 8-9 enjoyed the sounds and the breeze. Wasn't a massive fan of the huge wait times for 6 drinks... 20-30 minutes. Kudo to the staff member that was incredibly polite and apologized multiple times for the delay in getting the drinks and food put to us.
Literally the worst. The foods pretty bad. The shakes are bad. We’ve been here for over an hour. Half the table was forgotten. And still waiting. Concept sounds amazing. But it’s pretty trash
Usually the churros and hot chocolates are good, but my husband and I came with our toddler for a little morning treat. There were only 2 staff taking orders and making the orders on a very busy morning. The fresco drinks were terrible, the toasted sandwiches were soggy and tasted like they were microwaved and our croffle came out cold. So expensive and disappointing.
Went there the other day. Was served fairly quickly especially considering they were busy. A worker called Georgia was super lovely and kept checking in with us. Will be coming again!
I had ordered a churro snack pack and two shakes. The snack pack was ok and the cookie and cream drink was great but unfortunately the drink I got myself, the toffee macadamia frappe was not at all toffee macadamia or even a frappe. The drink was not icy and I couldn’t get beyond two sips because it was so horrible, it tasted like a watered down iced latte. I wished I did asked for a refund because I could not believe that they’ll serve this drink to customer.
