We just finished an escape room and stumbled upon this place! We got the Vietnamese iced coffee and the pork skewer! Both were great! The pork skewer had an awesome flavors can’t wait to go back
For any lover of Banh Mi you need to come to this Collingwood institution. There is a reason that Trang commands a queue of people waiting for their crispy Banh Mi delights and it's because they definitely do make one of the best, if not the best in town! From roll to home made pate / signature sauce and amazing roast pork I spot no fault in this roll and if you catch them when the bread comes out fresh and hot it's a whole other level of foodgasm for sure. Freshly baked large Banh Mi rolls all at a very affordable $10 alongside stuffed to the brim with their signature crispy crunchy and tasty roast pork is a must try. With plenty of other tasty options to try.
Crispy pork banh mi roll was great, very fulfilling. Vietnamese iced coffee was good too. Quick service condisering it's busy. Recommended for sure.
Ordered the Trang banh mi. Lovely service with smile. Very fresh ingredients and the meat is delicious. Major let down is the baguette isn’t crispy on the outside.
I tried their crispy pork belly banh mi and it was the best I’ve tasted so far, it was so flavoursome and the meat was so juicy. Their chicken schnitzel roll was really good too. Despite going there later in the afternoon, the quality of their meats was still very fresh.
Trang Bakery sells one of the best if not the best crispy pork rolls in all of Melbourne. Plenty of hot crispy pork, crackling and chilli make for a great feed. Have travelled from the outer suburbs many times to buy their Vietnamese rolls. Treat yourself!
Super quick service in this very busy cafe. My crispy pork roll was very good, and this place does not hold back on spice which is excellent. The ingredients were fresh although the pork was cold, and the bun dry. My partners vegan chicken roll was good too. Overall this was a solid experience.
Super delicious food, Vietnamese coffee to die for and super fast service. We had one crispy pork banh mi and one trang special roll. Best pork roll we’ve had for a while!
Possibly one of the yummiest banh mi I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced and delicious. Vietnamese coffee is also a treat. Highly recommend.
