Just drove all the way to the end of Toorak Rd to find two TDG employees instructing drivers to U-Turn, i asked one of the men if there was a reason they hadn''t put a road closed sign at the top of the street to which he replied "98% of drivers don't see the sign, we're not allowed to close the road without it". Taking the opportunity to have a second look as I was forced to U-Turn sure enough they had signs up after the lights in the middle of that section of road, where it was too late to do anything. The worker suggested drivers regularly abuse him for this, which indicates that it's an on-going issue. So one star for failing to manage traffic (your one job), for failing to create a safe workplace (one of your core values) and for being as un-efficient as possible (another value).

their "staff" on the ground in Domain interchange are clueless as to the impact that Metro Tunnel is having on the businesses and further to that i copped a charming tirade of abuse telling me not to "sook" about the lack of parking for our clients and that i should have known about this for years. I was also told that if my business cant stand the lack of parking i shouldn't be in the business. Bollarding off disabled parking spaces so their hiace utes can get easy access seems inappropriate...

Whilst driving at 60kmph we were forced out of the lane and not let back in by a driver of a big TDG truck in Melbourne CBD Sunday 12Feb17. We are going to complain to management. See how that goes after reading other negative comments about these people.
