Went to see the display home at the upper point cook location. Absolutely rubbish customer service. Does not even say hi or hello. Very rude attitude as if they are the number one and they do not need to care anyone. Very poor service. Did not get enough information. They did not seem to be sales people. Their business will suffer soon if they continue like this. Not more than 1 star.

SO FAR SO VERY VERY GOOD. We decided on Urban Edge due to their beautiful designs and after looking at so many different builders nothing compared so we took a chance and they haven't disappointed. Their customer service has been excellent. We were very specific we what we wanted and they didn't let us down - dealing with the estate guidelines to ensure the best result for their clients. We are currently in the construction stage and our on site team has been fabulous - providing regular updates and ready to answer any questions. We have a private inspector and all is progressing really well. Can't wait till we reach the handover stage.......

I have left a more in depth review on the Product Reviews website. I cannot recommend Urbanedge as a professional or ethical building company.

Poor customer relationship and lots of headaches building with them. They build good house but you will have to be ready for poor comunication, delays  and longer period of waiting while paying interest free only to the bank. This really hurts I can tell you now. There were lots of poor quality jobs especially plastering etc. To sum it up, Urbanedge will give you headaches.

Would give 0 stars if i could!!! Absolutely poor service..promise you the earth until it comes time to fix issues then you get shafted big time. Plenty of excuses are made and no action is taken. Disgusted with their customer service. Quick to take your money..extremely slow to fix repairs. Being waiting since february for a replacement door handle.. still waiting and hearing many excuses. Will not be using Urban Edge for any future projects!!!!
