The team at Capalaba trade tools hooked me up even letting me test fit the box on the Ute to get an idea of what I want. really happy with the quality and finish of the these toolboxes as I’ve been looking around and in my opinion these are far superior to most other boxes on the market. Would really recommend going seeing the boys down at Capalaba Trade tools. They’ll take care of you.
I had a bad & Really uncomfortable experience!!!!nnI nearly had to fight to get my item refunded, item was 6-7 months old & only done 6.6 hours on the hour metre. I was told I must’ve dropped it!! Witch I definitely didn’t.. so it was sent away, then after being sent away for repair, it came back faulty again, then I was told it now must’ve been dropped on transit, they will try fix’ it, but it wasn’t fixt, just luckily I noticed the oil was milky, also witch wasn’t picked up on from their professional repairer, I wasn’t comfortable with getting the same product and facing the same issues & having to go though this all again in the future, after reading more into these machines seems a lot have had problems with them, I just asked for my refund or a different machine, witch I was told I’d be at much higher cost, or offered a generic cheaper quality machine, I couldn’t afford the full extra amount, in witch I asked for small discount after all my drama, just so I could get the one model up from what I had, after 3 return trips due to something that wasn’t my fault, I do not recommend this store all! If something breaks they will do everything to blame you, Go elsewhere!!! After nearly 1 hour the first time then 2 hours the second time in store, & having to nearly fight the manager to plead my case, I was given my refund. Offered no compensation, couldn’t even upgrade my machine to a little better, no nothing, only offered a cheaper machine or the same one again, ! after all these issues I faced as a customer, this was extremely disrespectful unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable, to say the least…. and that’s not fair, I will most definitely never take my business to this store again!nnTimes are already tough on people, no one deserves that kind of treatment..nnI have never left a store and felt so belittled in my life customers don’t need to feel shamed on when returning faulty items… and then blamed for the issue. nnAlso when I brought the product, I then brought a surface cleaner & turbo head witch were great, though I’m now stuck with them as I no longer own a pressure cleaning unit..nI’m Put out completely on this…. And now I just gotta wear it all. Because I got my refund after all that treatment.nnThe Product in question was their renegade 3000 psi pressure cleaner, with the ‘’reliable’’ Honda engine that had only had 6.6 hours use… with a generic pump apparently so the manager says. That was only ever treated with upmost care from me and never disrespected/ dropped or treated badly.nnIf the owner/ or manager, would like to contact me to resolve this better, their welcome, they have my details on the file.no Need for the generic reply to this review stating for me to call them. I’m open to then contacting me back, I’m just not comfortable on calling that store back.
I was ripped off today. These guys Gaye me a hammer Milwaukee drill out of box wrapped in cling wrap. Never even asked me for my membership. I’ll be back tomorrow guys.
A big shout out to Mark at Trade Tools Capalaba, an absolutely awesome man whom sorted out my pressure cleaner that had issues. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and had it back Wednesday morning fully repaired. They were so accommodating and understanding of the importance of me needed the pressure cleaner back as soon as possible, to ensure I didn’t lose any work. I can not praise their professionalism and willingness to help, more highly. Thank you for making a very stressful situation, extremely positive. Would extremely recommend to anyone. Excellent Service. Sometimes these stores can feel a bit intimidating for girls - but the sales consultant, helped me find what I was looking for with out making me feel useless. When he didn't have some of the parts I needed he ordered them and had them for me the next day. I walked in the following day, he remembered me and had my items on the counter before I even opened my mouth. I'd definitely shop here again.
