Terrible terrible terrible!! Not sure where to begin! The title sums up my recent Toyama experience. Placed an order through Uber eats, was PROMISED a delivery time and received our order 35 mins late. Made 4 separate calls to the Toyama and was told they cannot replace the ice cold order nor will they refund our money. We were told to take it up with Uber! To top it off, once receiving our food, the order was actually wrong! Toyama we are very disappointed with your customer service, food and our overall experience with you. You have lost a long term customer and I will ensure to let people know of this horrible experience!!! Next time I’ll make sure to be loyal to your competitors sushi galore on burgundy street. At least I can rely on prompt delivery and good customer service!

Not authentic Japanese at all. To anyone who has eaten actual Japanese will understand. Price is very steep for what you receive. Service was bad. Waiter did not understand anything being asked and meals being served one by one with very long wait times (20-40mins) for an empty restaurant. Will not return nor reccommend. Left hungry and $100 out of pocket.

We had to wait longer than expected just to get the wrong food served. The food’s not really tasty and the tuna rolls weren’t properly cooked. Would definitely not recommend.

Beware !!! Toyama use MSG in their food. After eating Veg. Bento box I had a violent allergic reaction to their food. stomach cramps / Diahorrea all night. They do not advertise this addition to the food. Think I'll go Indian next time as they don't need to put chemicals in their food. No more Toy food for me !!
