Nice little take-out pizza shop with a few tables inside and outside to enjoy your food. I went there one night after a walk in the park with my friend and they were showing the tennis on a t.v next to the counter. Good area, and not too busy. The pizza was great, and I noted they have a vegan cheese option too.

First time trying them, pretty expensive but the pizza they delivered was really, really good. Piping hot, fresh, juicy and tasted like very good quality ingrediants. Beautiful flavours. Side salad generously served and looked delicious. Will order again

What a joke! I have been a lover of Crust Pizza for a number of years but this store has really left a bad taste in my mouth. If I could give this store a 0 star rating I truely would, I'm absolutely livid. Alright, so here's the story, my partner and I felt like treating ourself to pizza on a lazy Saturday night and instead of going to our local pizza shop we'd decided after a long week of working the holiday period we'd treat ourself to something a little more pricey, atleast at the time we thought it was going to be a treat and not a complete stuff-around! We ordered two pizzas online and even signed up to be members of the website after so much time putting it off, after 40 minutes the pizzas arrive and everything is fine so far. That is until we descover that the order was wrong. One of these pizzas I've opted for no cheese and a gluten free base as per my partners allergies, and I've even explicitly outlined the importance of this in the order notes online. So I call the store, they answer and I explain what's happened. The staff member I spoke with over the phone goes on to explain that we have made an error on our part that's resulted in the mix up while ordering online before even looking into the issue, little does he know that I still have a detailed receipt of the online order still on-screen infront of me. We settle on them remaking the order and he advised me of another 45 minute wait. No apologies were made, but hey, atleast things are back on track right? Wrong. 45 minutes later there's a knock at the door, 3 pizzas and a garlic bread arrive at the door. The confused delivery man who could only speak broken English hands me the garlic bread and pizzas then asks me, is this what you ordered? At this stage I am thinking surely this is a prank or I'm on television, surely a business couldn't be this hopeless. I looked at the pizzas, one was my partner's, it even had the gluten free dough which is grea- oh.. they've put cheese all over it despite her allergy which I explained. Even better was the moment when I opened the other two boxes to find they were two different pizzas, both of which I didn't order. After calling the store and requesting a refund, the staff member there told us that it was not possible and that his boss will contact us tomorrow night to look into a solution. During this experience there was a complete lack of professional courtesy, a total disregard for customer satisfaction and not a single apology for making the same mistake not once but twice in one night. In the end we had burgers. I would not recommend this store to anyone honestly.
