Purchases expensive black rock as a feature in my garden and a tonne of mulch, which mini loads brought out together as a split load. Whilst talking to them on the phone they said we will only do 1 tonne of mulch as you don't want to get mulch mixed with your exspensive rock . The guy comes to deliver and drops the mulch down the. The rock on top of a pile of the mulch. So on picking the rock up it all combines with the mulch and makes my feature garden look shocking When I rang to advise them of what had happened the owner was rude and said she would send someone out to separate the two. I advised her not to bother as my husband was already doing it, but then two guys arrived with shovels to separate the two piles . After taking the time to separate which was pathetic as they were still clearly mixed . The young guys takes photos and proceeds to send them to his boss. He then returns and tells me that I could Pick up 100kg a (tenth of what I had purchased) for free but he should t be replacing any because it had been touched. For starters at least 30% was contaminated , I had paid workers there moving it, was I meant to waste More money waiting for them to come, to blame us when it was clearly seen in arrival the guy had dumped the rock on top of the mulch was unprofessional , and they would better just listening to me so it doesn't happen again to the next guy than being rude and insisting to send someone out and then making the matter worse. I told Them I had photos. Not happy!!

Used Townsville Mini Loads for several properties over the years. Fantastic Results. What I like best is there topsoil. We got some laid on a new property on Mt Louisa. Rocky surface but we put 15cm of topsoil down before laying turf (From Bill Crabb) over the top. 8 years later the owner was saying how fantastic the soil was and how all the neighbours were struggling but he was doing fine! Also used heaps of Deco, and a small quantities for pots and garden beds around home. A1.
