Unfriendly customer service. Really disappointing. I walked in 930am Monday. I said "good morning" approaching the counter. "What would you want?" was the reply by the old lady. I said I needed mulch and wasn't sure of which one I needed. I stood there for 20 seconds. No response from lady. No help. I picked one, paid and she told me where to pick it up. I said goodbye. No response. She didnt look like she wanted to be there. I won't be back. Very poor.
I ordered 1 tonne of 20mm natural river stone. They delivered it the same day and it looks great in my garden beds. I purchased two 15kg bags at a well-known garden place for $60 and the entire tonne 1000kg delivered was only $120!!! Very pleased with the product, price and service.
Cannot fault the expertise or friendliness of the team there. Have been there several times in past few weeks and have walked away witha wow experience. Their prices are very competitive, they have a wide range of products and service was second to none.
We have been twice now, the first time it was like we had a disease, no one approached us or asked if they could help us. Things just don't sell themselves customer service is paramount. We vowed never to return. We made liars of ourselves and were back three days later only because someone had ordered and paid for something for us this time the service was excellent, friendly big smiles and great information good product knowledge. We will be back.
Just bought pavers and cracker dust this morning and received outstanding customer service from every staff member working today. They were all polite, engaging, supportive of each other and everyone chipped in to help load pavers. Well done Bedrock!
