Had to say goodbye to my Jeffrey on 26/04/26 and the team were absolutely amazing. Thank you Sarah for being so kind and caring during this most difficult time for us.
Very compassionate when facing end of life situation with our beloved elderly dog. Always maintaining professionalism when explaining options. The after hours team for weekends and public holidays based there were superb! However we do think there is room for improvement in the environment where the pets last moments are spent with owners. A private reserved, comfortable room to ease the trauma of euthanising pet, not a clinical consult room or owners car as was offered...that suggestion was a big shock. But it may suit others? Thank you all for your support.
Friendly staff, professional, very reasonable pricing for my emergency weekend visit for my dog. He was well looked after and the procedure was done in a short amount of time. Definitely trustworthy with caring for animals
Every step from booking to discharge was friendly super impressive and professional. The vet Kat explained everything fully, not rushed and solved an on going 6 month problem with our golden retriever. We are very grateful for her care and advice and thoroughly recommend this veterinary clinic. We travelled 2 hours for advice and do not regret it. Thank you team.
Extremely helpfull. I drove from Wairarapa to collect the drench we needed when none of our local vets had it in stock. Totally vets had it with all the good advice we needed. With out it we would have potenialy lost quite a few calfs. All were saved thanks to these guys. Well done and thanks for your help
