Took the new puppy in for his shots, everything was explained perfectly to us great staff that made Shadow and us feel very relaxed

Claudia is our pet's vet and she has an amazing knowledge of their conditions and provides superb care, knows us by site and asks how our pet's are by name each time she sees us.  The reception and nurses are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Our gorgeous and perfectly healthy 7 month old puppy died under their care. Didn't survive their simple desexing procedure. Whole family devastated. We are 8 weeks on and they still haven't told us the results of the "inquiry". I'm picking negligence. We will NOT be back. Customer service post-incident terrible. Brought in a perfect little puppy and walked out with just his leash and collar :(
