Great, friendly team and they always go the extra mile to provide good petcare advice. I use their Vac for Life scheme which is cost effective too. Have always had a great experience and they really care about my pet and other's that I have seen in the waiting room have said the same. Couches in the waiting room are a wee bit skody though, but apart from that, everything else is perfect.

I had not used Pet Doctors Terrace End before but found them very friendly and supportive throughout our kittens treatment.  I am planning on moving all of our other pets to their service also. Great job...

Our cat, Sophie, had a thyroid problem that was turning her into a psychocat. This was treated satisfactorily with medication, but this was expensive and required twice daily treatment.  The solution was a one-off irradiation with radioactive iodine.  This was organised quickly and Sophie was looked after very well by Pet Doctors.  Sophie is now back with us and is a totally different cat.

Very efficient, quick and friendly. Kept me up to date with reminders. Very happy with their service!
