Great practice. Very responsive and highly professional admin staff and drs. Can't recommend Dr Sanghita Bharatia enough!

Can be busy, and sometimes have to wait if somebody before needed more time.  Docs and nurses are excellent and I'm very grateful to have such a good service.

Don't trust these people with your health. They lie and play games.  Your a lier the copy of the voicemail I sent you clearly says Total Health Whakatane referred her. Your terrible at business what a joke must be your first year

Very good quick service... little wait between nurse and doctor but I was warned about that. Small surgical procedure handled so professionally. Friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

My partner ordered vaccines, paid for them ahead of time and we expected to go in, get the jabs and out. We went in got the jabs amd they told us all good nothing outstanding. Few minutes later they call us and say the nurse gave us a different vaccine and we have to pay an extra $90 because of her error. I can't believe she didn't even consult us first she forgot to and then expects US to pay for her mistake. Her bedside manner was quite curt too. We shouldn't even have been asked to pay this. She sent an email admitting it was all her fault but still expects us to pay. What kind of professional practice runs like this? Very disappointed and we won't be paying for her mistake sorry. Looking for a different practice.

Always able to get an appointment, friendly and competent doctors and nurses

They never seem to answer their phone

Excellent  Medical Team, Dr's & Nurses fantastic to deal with.

Doesn't matter when you make an appointment. They are always running late. Expect to wait for at least 30 mins every time you want to see the doctor. Make nurses appointments whenever possible.
