Perfect!!!  I popped in and chatted with the woman whose name I missed but I think she was titled Beautician Manager or something? She was super helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about. I was having issues with dandruff and itchyness for quite sometime and at my wit's end and she sorted it for me and I am incredibly grateful. Thanks!

I went in this morning in the hopes of finding something for relief from chest congestion. The woman who served me was very rude and belittling. She wandered over to me with her mask hanging off her nose and before I could get 2 words out, she snapped that I needed antibiotics I am already on them. When I guess she realised that she needed to assist me she spoke over me, questioned my already prescribed medicines and cut me off more than once. I’d not recommend visiting this pharmacy unless you want to be made to feel like an infant

This place is a rip off. Purchased a product where its sold everywhere else for $39.  I was charged $83  here and told due to short stock / demand they could use the normal RRP by the brand which was double everyone else,  only learnt this after purchasing and doubling checking elsewhere. the skinny blonde lady in the Hardy section was rude and told me tough luck. I wont be back and ill do my best to bad mouth this place as much as possible. THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED RIPPING PEOPLE OFF LIKE THIS.

Went in on 7/3, had a busy day, and drove in from Te Puke. The lady at the counter gave me a bad look and attitude when I approached. It was 1750, 10mins to close, and by that time I was the only person in store.  I needed to have a short consultation with the pharmacist - who made sure to let me know that I was an inconvenience - and told me, as she was the only Pharmacist on, we would do it fast as she has a lot of other things to do, and that I am making her feel rushed and the staff wanted to go home - I’m sorry, but if the store is open until 6pm, then it’s open until 6pm, I’m not responsible for your time management, or your work load. Just rude.

We're "too short staffed" to do passport photo, saw at least 5 staff in there looking not busy at all, warehouse stationary happy to oblige and a lot friendlier

Always excellent service.a great shop

Staff member working at dispencary is really rude. Felt victimized and left the shop. Asked assistance from my dockters to help me get my prescription meds as the pharmacy wrongfully filed it under my docters name instead of mine. Will not use them again.
