I agree with Tracey re the make-up counter.  Appalling service.  Lady with dark hair asked if I needed help.  It seems that she was only interested in promoting the products she'd get reward or commission for.  I could pay $56 for a lip gloss -  but did I not want to.  I mentioned my budget and asked if there were other brands I could check.  "No that's pretty much it" came the reply. She then turned her back on me and walked away! There were at least three other stands with options.  Advice: Listen to your customers needs and the sales will take care of themselves.  If your care factor had been more than zero, I might have come back another time based on quality of service and spent a lot more.  A simple query could turn into a valuable client who returns again and again.  Life Pharmacy - sort it out!  Re-train your staff on quality customer service.

The cosmetic ladies know what they are talking about! Found them to be so helpful, and so nice to see a team of staff that help each other out with product knowledge.
