The rudest staff and “boss” if that’s even what you could call her after the terrible job she did at providing me the help i needed. It’s not right to get in someone’s face when they haven’t done anything wrong except want a replace for something that broke in 2 days, just because you’re angry with yourself doesn’t mean you can take it out on others, COVID isn’t an excuse we are all going through it too

Disgusting attitude from one of the ladies that works there. Screaming and yelling at children the lady that did that should be FIRED. What is happening here is a failure to communicate. It disgusts me how people can be so rude now. She has forever tainted Phoenix pharmacy ad un loving un caring rude and despicable.. never will I go back to support that pharmacy

Web site said open till 7.30 we went all the way there at 5.30 to find it shut. It was not a small drive and I could have gone to tauranga and been seen

Had to bring my Mum in as she hurt her foot,the receptionist through to nurses and Doctor was excellent,even got her in to radiology next door.Awesome

I have used Phoenix Pharmacy many times and have always found the staff very helpful.

Happy with the service  and fantastic  staff there
