What a great experience. Went in for breakfast with a group of 6. The big breakfast and the Mediterranean breakfast my wife were up there with some of the best breakfasts we've had. The service was remarkable. We had to go back for dinner because the experience was so good, and once again it did not disappoint. Apparently it went under new management a few months prior. Well done. Will go there again when back here for holiday.
I visited Toscani's on a trip to Surfers in February. It took 10 minutes of waiting to be seated and when we finally sat down we waited 15 minutes before flagging down a waitress to order drinks. When the waitress finally figured out what table the drinks were going to, my pina colada was absolutely horrible, it was all froth. After we ordered it took them 40 minutes to get it out, my partner's steak was lucky to be luke warm and my pasta was tiny, bland and the pasta was undercooked. A very unenjoyable experience and I definitely will never be going there again and would not recommend it to any one.
Had the tocani breakfast big breakfast. Apart from the bacon and hash brown the rest was all dry and bland. We even got charged for BBQ sauce as we needed it to make the food a tad better. Waiter was good but overall it was average.
Service was appalling, it was like an inconvenience to be served. Pasta was bland and flavorless, steak was fatty and undercooked. Waiters nowhere to be found, rude and incoherent to English speaking people. On the upside we didn't get charged for drinks.
Visited it twice in one day and would love to extend my stay just to have another meal there. There pasta was from heaven. The place has changed management recently and thumbs up to the new managers and the new chef.
The food was excellent and good catering for children my wife recomends the Chicken Toscani highly. Service was satifactory. Unfortunately the bill was lost at the end so only 3stars instead of 4
Raisin toast took 20 minutes and was burnt to a crisp. Average coffee. Watery avocado on toast. Avoid at all cost, a vending machine meal would be better.
Originally we sat outside it's started to rain so we moved inside ..........40mins for 1 girl to make my margarita the other ran around with 5 other tables of people.. my husband asked where his drink was only to be told she couldn't open the bottle an went to walk away he said well I'd like something else to drink....our meals came out my poached chicken open grill was fried chicken that was hard on the edges my husband's streak was burnt on one side an barely cooked on the other ment to be medium tasted like the grill chips where done in old oil with other food stuffs all over them...i sent mine back an asked for POACHED chicken as the menu said ..while i waited 3 other tables got their meals 2 women left after not getting served .....it came out worse not only was it still fried chicken it was that hard i could of thrown it at a window an smashed it, i can only assume it was poached put in the fridge dried out from time or from exposer then reheated on the grill i left an told them just how discussing it was an didn't pay for the chicken......do not go here

The worst restaurant that i have ever been in. I was there on the 11th of July with my family and waited for more than an hour for our food which never arrived because their 'oven had problems'.
