Great team! Personalised programs and amazing environment. I feel my body and my needs are taken seriously, coaches have a very healthy and safe approach to exercises and are always mindful of individual variations. With so many "fast- fitness" gyms around nowadays, I am grateful we still can count with professionals that focus on mobility and the freedom of a strong body rather than fluffy fitness goals leading to mere appearance. If you really want to improve your life, I highly recommend you pay them a visit and see by yourself.

Awesome gym with almost new facilities, wide open warehouse space with natural light at the top. Very motivating space to work in. Workouts catered for athletic level and sport. Good balance of lifting, plyo and agility work to get some functional gains. Very happy found this place.
